I am trying to disassemble a electrolux 2100. I have looked at instructions given by Chemist 1961 and others. On the side, I have removed the rubber covers over the plastic rails but I can't remove the plastic rails that hold the rubber covers on. If I am right, these rails should just slide right out and the outer casing should come part.....or am I doing something wrong. I have pulled and pulled the rails and they don't budge. Chain tensioner Is it possible to change the chain tensioner of the Husqvarna 240 to a tool less chain tensioner or at least to the chain tensioner where the adjustment screw is accessed from the side not from the front. The problem is that there is a little plastic part that breaks rendering the chain tensioner useless. I have changed it twice and it keeps breaking. To change it you have to change the whole part that covers the break and chain mechanism.

Your problem is probably is you don't have a proper seal in your chasis. A vacuum has to be sealed tight or the air will leak out and the seal broken. Check around the whole body after the bag is in and check for any airflow noise. I could help more ... Vacuums
