Trying to fix new belt to Hoover Turbo Power vacuum cleaner. Don't see how the belt becomes taut. Fitting it around the roller, there is nowhere to fit the belt to, it just sits loose.

I looked at the user instructions guide online and saw where the 'other end' of the belt should be fitted. It was extremely hard to fit but eventually managed it. Thanks for this solution site. I wouldn't hesitate to use it again. ... Hoover U5396-900 Turbo Power Vacuum

Poor suction I have a hoover hush s5627 vacuum purchased about 4 years ago from Costco. It's suction power isn't so good anymore. I've checked all the lines & hoses and they're clear and I've changed the bag. I even disconnected the pipe from the vacuum unit and held my hand over the intake. While the machine roars like a jet engine the suction power just ain't like it used to be. What could possibly be the problem?

I followed the guidelines on the Hoover bags the vacuum came with. These were printed as the right bags to buy. I only have the vacuum around a year and thought it was brillian

When I shook the vacuum I heard something rattling around inside the vacuum head. So I unscrewed the bottom and looked inside and found a small metal part labeled K3 on one side and T on the other side. It looks like it would fit
