I have a Kirby Generation 3. The handle spring assembly is broke, so I took it apart to get a part number. Can you tell me if there is a cross reference or something on these parts. I am unable to find a part with the same number that is located on the part I took off. The number on this spring assembly shows Kirby HA-670289B K-1. Any help finding this part is appreciated.

My model F5906-900 --- problem is the brushes have stoped working... I pulled the brush assembly out by holding the two tabs, and all seems clean and the brush assembly rotates easly... onced the brush assembly is removed. I have taken delivery of a new Lloytron Halogen Oven E4701 WH.from a supplier in the UK (I live in Spain). On unpacking it I found that Part of the temperature control knob assembly had fallen down inside of the heater body.
