Generally, there are 'hidden' screws which are found under plastic plugs. Look for them. You may also find some screws on the opposite side of the plate holding the lead. Finally, sometimes the plate will slide up or down from its fixed position. I'm not familiar with your exact unit, however.

A family member recently gave me their Kenmore Vacuum Cleaner (model 35821) and I did not notice that the power cord was missing at first. I tried to look closely at the manual online to see if this was something I would be able to purchase or if the vacuum was no longer any good. Do you happen to know if there is a replacement part for the actual power cord for this item?

I have a power drive baggless vacuum cleaner...it runs well, but suddenly it seems to have lost most of the suction coming through the hose and floor area. When I remove the dirt container, the suction below it seems strong. I have had it to repair twice--they have tuned it up and replaced all filters and belt. It still does not pick up well when I vacuum or use the hose. Can you help ?

The 10 amp thermal fuse on my Panasonic MC-E468 vacuum cleaner has blown. It appears the fuse is not available separately. Standard retail price for the complete unit is £9.00 including VAT. We can supply at that price plus postage and packing at cost, which would probably be no more than £2.50.  If this i ... Vacuums
