Hi, A few days ago I bought a Philips hairdryer (HP4935/22) & have used it only twice. Somehow when I used it this morning some of my hair got caught in the filter at the back of the dryer & the motor slowed down & I think overheated & stopped. Normally the filters come off but I don't think this one does. I haven't turned it back on so as not to possibly damage it even more. I am quite upset as I really love this hairdryer. It's quiet, light, small, powerful & does the job brilliantly. I h

I have a DC07 and the brush wasn't rotating and I had no suction at the brush but perfect suction through the hose. I noticed a large build up of dog hair around the brush so I took off the cover plate and removed all the hair, cleaned inside the floor/brush housing and cleaned out the hose. I also cleaned the filter and removed the other air access cover and made sure that they were clear. I put everything back and the brush still doesn't turn and there is still no suction through the bottom

I have a Panasonic MCE6003 vacuum cleaner. I regretfully leant it to a neighbour and it came back full of dog hair and keeps cutting out. I took the cover off the brush so I could cut off all the hair that was wrapped around it (vacuum was working fine, I just noticed the hair).
