Having problems with your Vacuums ?

I am attempting to transfer embroidery patterns from my computer to my Innovis 900D sewing machine. I connected the USB cord and placed the files onto the correct drive, but when I go to retrieve them on the sewing machine itself- the data counter at the top show they are there (156/476KB) but I cannot see them on the screen to select and retrieve them. What should I try?

Answers :

It means the stitch count is too large for the embroidery area. Make sure the pattern is 3.94 mm x 3.94 mm or that the stitch count is not too large
This is the vacuum area and not the sewing machine one.... can not help here...

I bought this machine about 3 years ago but hadn't used it due to illness. Now when I tried to sew with the Tuff Sew ,the threads continually break. If I can make about a 3 inch line of staight stitches without the top thread breaking,I consider myself fortunate The direction in the manual are extremely poor. I had to finish my project with my very old Bernina. I regret buying the Tuff Sew straight stitch. JLWebb
