Having problems with your Vacuums ?
Bissell Proheat does not spray water along cleaning brush. Seems to spray just down either side only.
Are the brushes turning? If not then that could be your problem. If they are, check the spray nozzles, they may be partially clogged. Try water a mix of vinegar and water thru it to see if it will unlog your kines and spray nozzles.

I have a roomba 551. Have cleaned and removed every bit of dirt and hair off it bu the brush cage won't close when the larger bush is put in. The cage will only click locked on one side, and the other side keeps hitting the brush and won't close. It's almost as if the bursh itself is not even, but this doesn't seem to be the case either. I've even tried removing the yellow rings, but makes no difference. Occasionally it runs fine, but most of the time the roomba just hobbles and clacks as i
Hi, had the same problem, it was like the main brush no longer fit into it's slot, so the brush cage would not latch. I discovered that the yellow bearing tip on the main brush twists off, and inside I found a lot of hair twisted around the pin. Th ... Vacuums
I have a Janome QC 6125 which has been sewing beautifully. I have just cleaned the lint from around the bobbin area and now it isn't sewing at all well. The bobbin side seems to be ok except there are loops of the top cotton protruding through the bottom side in irregular intervals. The seam does not seem to be strong either.
My brushes on my hoover streamvac will not rotate. I removed and cleaned assuring that the filter was also cleaned. The only different thing I have done is to insert the upholstery attachment and removed it after use (didn't work so well) suction seemed weak. I am also noticing that there is air being blown out of sides where the dirty water container is. (don't recall that in the past).

I took the cover off the brush so I could cut off all the hair that was wrapped around it (vacuum was working fine, I just noticed the hair). I pulled the brush/spinner thing off one side, cleaned everything, popped it back in where it belonged, and tried to make sure the belt was in the proper alignment. However, when I turned the vacuum on, it makes a horrible noise like I'm sucking up rocks. What have I done wrong in putting it back together? It seemed simple...

I have used my Steam Vac for carpeting, but until today, had never tried cleaning upholstery with the spin-scrub brush. I spent a miserable afternoon trying to control the spray, which seemed to go everywhere AROUND the furniture, but not ON the furniture! Additionally, I never did get the water into the recovery tank, despite many attempts to connect and re-connect the hoses and recovery tank/lid.
I can sympathize. My vac came with two handheld attachments. I have better luck with the handheld attachment that doesn't have the spin-scrub pads. Hoover Wind Tunnel 7500 Brush not Turning. I have replaced the Brush and the belt. The problem does not seem to be either to me. I believe might be a missing part. The place were the belt hooks on is a metal pole which never seems to grip the belt well. In fact it seems loose most of the time and slips on the brush, causing the belt to eventually burn up. Could there be a missing plastic or rubber piece meant to hold the belt taught on the metal pole?

I cleaned out my brush in the bottom front, cleaned out the small tubing going into the canister, and the canister itself. I also changed the filter.I snapped everything back into place, but Since then, it doesn't seem to have any suction and there seems to be a space between the canister and the bottom of the vacumm where the canister sits.
