I have had pfaff 1037 tipmatic machine since 1999. Have been servicing it regularly. Unfortunately, the wheel, which you loosen when filling the bobbin with thread, has broken. I mean the screw which holds the spring has broken. Where can I get a spare part. I asked for the whole machine photograph so that I can tell you exactly which part I mean as unfortunately I do not have a manual for this model.

I have a Pfaff Classic Style 2025. After clearing a thread jam in the bobbin area, the machine will not sew. It works without thread, but I think the bobbin case is crooked. The bobbin opening is off to the right, not up, as it needs to be.

Singer 327 lower bobbin thread is wild and loopy after I sew...top stitch fine. Just changed to a large thread spool with the heavy remote base and crook to carry thread to machine and wonder if this changed tension (set at 4 and correctly threaded)? It had been working fine in zigzag but I also went back to reg foot and set stitch width at 0, center needle set. Thanks for your input and help. Deanna

Also, what are the two bobbin holders on behind the main body of the machine, and how do they work? And, how the hairy heck! do I thread it? finally, for now! How do I get the bobbin holder to ...a...hold the bobbin, and b...make it stay in the machine, ..well, it obviously attaches in one way only, and I cannot find that way!? Thanks, Yvonne.

Pfaff Creative 1459. When trying to wind a bobbin, I do what I've always done, turn the small round "wheel" on the right, slide the bobbing into the little knob that keeps it in place and gently press the foot thing on the floor that should start the bobbing to winding. The bobbin does not turn at all causing a loud whirring sound and the needle goes up and down as if it were making stitches. I finally got some thread onto the bobbin but it is not smooth and looks like a spider. I really nee

I have a Pfaff 7570 ... having a problem with the upper thread making a small loop just above the fabric by the eye of the needle, just before the tip of the needle is piercing the fabric, the stitches that produced are properly formed with the right tension, but the loops get in the way sometimes and I know it never used to do this before. After reading the service manual I'm suspecting the "thread check spring" is not functioning properly. The manual gives steps how to adjust it, but it d

I have had 226R 20 years. Don't use it much. I have learned to pull slack out of top thread to start so I do that. However, sometimes, as today, it will wind the thread around the bobbin holder and I have to take time to ge it all out clean it up. Is something out of adjustment or what. Sometimes it will sew OK then all of a suden it will start to wind the thread around the bobbin holder again. So I'm confused. Do you have any ideas. Thanks

Bobbin not threading through, spool thread is gathering in bobbin catch and not sewing - just clumps of thread

The thread is so heavy that I had to put some pressure just to get it undone. This happen a few times and then I found it wasn't sewing at all. When I evaluated without the materials in place I could see the needle would catch on the white plastic piece under the bobbin and the thread would not catch on the metal arm.
