The reason why your Hinari HIN001 does not steam is because of the cartridge that needs replacement. If you're from UK you can buy the replacement cartridge from Pulse Home Products Ltd in Oldham, Manchester. Contact details 0161 621 6855 (spares) 0161 621 6900 (customer service)

If its getting the water the heating element has gone bad
\015\012if its not getting the water the hose has gotten hard look to see ware the trigger
\015\012lets the water thru you will find a kink in the hose and when you pull the trigger

I got one and it wouldn't steam, took it back and got another one and it steams for 5 min. then stops. If I unplug and cool down it will steam again for 5 min. and stop. very frustrating. I hear very good things from friends and theirs works fine.

My Domotec handy steamer bought from Lakeland is not producing any steam. Have only used it a few times. makes a big noise and gets hot but no steam. I don't want to hold trigger too long in case something blows. In past steam has been quick to come out as soon as red light goes off. Any ideas?

Can't find info for hoover steam vac spin scrub model # F5905900 on Hoover website, doesn't show that model number at all...looking for mesh (kind of cone/cylinder shape) that goes in dirty water tank (I think) and also the tool (wand) that slides into front to clean it out. My kenwood steam mop makes for very wet mopping is this supposed to be? My floors are a lot wetter than when I use a traditional mop. When I fill the tank and turn it on the water seems to just leak from the bottom so I have only been half filling it and then the water light comes on within 2 mins of when steam starts to appear. My steam pocket mop seems clogged. Steam does not come out of the mop head. The clog appears to be in the rectangular mop head. The triangular head still works fine. I've tried soaking it in hot water and soaking it with cleaning solutions. They have not worked. If I blow into the connection piece, no air goes through. That's what leads me to believe there is a clog. If you can help, please do. I like the product and haven't been able to use it for awhile because of this. Thanks.
