I have a Polti Vaporetto household steam cleaner that I bought 16 years ago. I haven't used it for about 10 years because the connection between the steam er and the attachments doesn't work properly and it is difficult to use. The shop where I bought it no longer sells them and can't get them fixed anymore. I'm about to ditch it, but thought I would have another go at using it. (It was very expensive). Now I can't get the safety cap off so I can't fill it or test it. Any ideas on what I can do

Need instructions how to use Hoover Steam Vac Spin Scrub. I borrowed it from my Sister and she left it with no instruction book or letting me know how to operate it. Do I leave lid on bottom tank? I usually use a commercial cleaner, and this is very different. I need to know NOW, as I must return it to her today, and I'm

We have a Bissell Proheat Cleanshot 2X Model 9500 Steam carpet cleaner. The first time we used it things were great. The second time we used it it left tracks in the carpet. We have no idea what caused this. We tried using the machine on an entirely different carpet and it did the same thing. After vacuuming the carpet about 10 or 12 times, the tracks are still embedded in the carpet - HELP!!!! We're read and reread the manual and contacted customer service and received no help.

First things first. It's only the second time you have used the machine, so it must be fairly new. If you have a receipt and the unit is less than a year old you should take it to an authorized Bissell repair center and have the machine inspected und ... Vacuums

I have a Bissell Steam Cleaner that is not sucking up the water when cleaning. I used a full container of water and when it was empty I emptied out the water, only to find very little dirty water in it. I noticed the window, as i used it, seemed like it wasnt sucking up the water.
