HELP! My HAAN floor steam mop water pump went silent & dead! Heat element still heats, but the pump is inactive.

\015 I bought this new. Used it less than a dozen times with distilled water. Suddenly there is NO noise coming from the pump. No gurgle, bubble, hiss. \012Yes it turns on. Yes the "on" light comes on. Yes the heating element warms up. NO it is NOT mineral buildup.\012Somebody tell me how to make the pump work, or replace that part!\012I unscrewed the back and all part look great, no loose wires or hoses.\012HAAN customer service has said they cannot help me. To buy another one. :(\015

It does not make the noise when I have it on floor but as soon as I put it on carpet it screams at me. Help! Please and thanks Linda

My sunbeam water cooler model #YLR2-5-67H3 has been sitting unplugged for 3 years. I moved, plugged it in and put a water bottle on top and water went all over the floor. I unplugged it, (read the instructions on the front, duh) and it still leaks on the floor. What should I do? I put it over the sink, emptied it, checked the drain plug, tried running a glass full of tap water through each tap. Only the room temperature one would work.

One of the rubber connecting hoses inside it has dried and aged so the pressure of the water from the bottle made it burst.\012\012\012You will need to open it, find the defective hose and replace it - a 2 hour relatively easy job. The hardest ... Sunbeam Vacuums

The vacuum won't start. I used it for about an hour and then turned it off and when I went to turn it back on ..there was no response. I cleaned every compartment on the machine and it's still not working. I also tried using a different outlet in the house. I've waited 24 hours thinking maybe it might have been just the vacuum over heating, but it's still not working.

Altrev, I have an ODC325 Black&Decker spacemaker coffeemaker on my boat and it stopped working this weekend although the hot plate still gets hot. I took of the scrub brushes and off and cleaned out the bottom of the machine including popping out the two spray heads to make sure they were not clogged. Put it back together. Still no spray!
