Lady Dazey hair dryer won't heat up - Vacuums
Hi, A few days ago I bought a Philips hairdryer (HP4935/22) & have used it only twice. Somehow when I used it this morning some of my hair got caught in the filter at the back of the dryer & the motor slowed down & I think overheated & stopped. Normally the filters come off but I don't think this one does. I haven't turned it back on so as not to possibly damage it even more. I am quite upset as I really love this hairdryer. It's quiet, light, small, powerful & does the job brilliantly. I h

I don't understand the confusing marks on the detergent holder on the Spotbot. I understand to fill it to the "water" mark, and I understand to then fill it to the "Oxy Gen" mark. But, what is the "Formula" mark? Do they mean other regular carpet cleaning formula is used with the Oxy Gen? BJR
We have a machine like yours, we interprate the same as you. "Formula" is for some product other than Oxy Gen.\015\012\015\012Of course, try this in an area that is out of the main view. We did and we were satisfied we guessed correctly ... Bissell 12005 Spot Bot Handheld Vacuum
Stuck Roller Same problem here. I think in our case, the accumulation of hair and the increasing resistance the hair created over time caused the hair to start melting, and eventually the end cap was stuck to the roller, which prevented the roller from turning. I cleaned out the melted hair(?) as best I could, but I think I need to order a new roller and end caps.
Befrore you plunk your $ down ...\015\012\015\012I dont now that you melted the hair so much as you may have an accululation of gunk and hair. If there is a good (not 'fast food' type) auto parts store near you, go there and ask the cou ... Electrolux 1910 Bagless Upright Vacuum

My Bissell BS3920F upright (similar to the 10N6F) has been working wonderfully for the past 3 years but suddenly seems to not pick up dog hair as well as it used to. It has been pulled apart by my husband to ensure nothing is blocking the hoses etc and when running the suction seems to be there. It seems to grab the dog hair and leave it in a straight line directly under the unit without picking it up. I then disconnect the hose and use to hose to pick up the dog hair. This works well but obviou

Lift-Off Pet Hair vacuum doesn't lift off pet hair!

We have a new hoover bagless that is a couple months old. The pet hair attachment stopped working. Folks, My wife and I own a three-year-old Hoover U6434-900 self-propelled "Wind Tunnel" upright vacuum cleaner. The problem is that, even on the highest setting (front-end as high as possible), it gets bogged-down in even shallow pile carpet to the point that the brush stops. I've cleaned the machine thoroughly, pulling hair, thread, dental floss and such from the brush (and everywhere else), including unscrewing the brush end caps and pulling out the cat hair mats which formed in there.

I have a Hoover U5111-900 that, every time I attempt to use it, shoots everything it should be sucking up, back out toward my feet. I have replaced the bag, pulled out lots of animal hair and such from the area behind the bag, and taken off all parts able to be removed without a screwdriver and pulled out all chunks of hair, dirt, etc. It still keeps shooting everything it should **** up out the back. Is there something I can remove to get the clog out if that's the problem? I'm scared I wil

Vaccuum issue I just bought a Eureka upright model 5892 BVZ, my concern is, I bought it on sale (floor model) and it didn't have a manual with it. I took it home and tried it, and although it appears to be working very well there is not dirt in the catch bin on the front of the unit. I tried the hose w/attachment and again it worked very well in picking up the cat hair, but where does the hair and the dirt go, I am afraid it is spitting it back out somewhere since I can not see anything in the c

I have a DC07 and the brush wasn't rotating and I had no suction at the brush but perfect suction through the hose. I noticed a large build up of dog hair around the brush so I took off the cover plate and removed all the hair, cleaned inside the floor/brush housing and cleaned out the hose. I also cleaned the filter and removed the other air access cover and made sure that they were clear. I put everything back and the brush still doesn't turn and there is still no suction through the bottom

I took the cover off the brush so I could cut off all the hair that was wrapped around it (vacuum was working fine, I just noticed the hair). I pulled the brush/spinner thing off one side, cleaned everything, popped it back in where it belonged, and tried to make sure the belt was in the proper alignment. However, when I turned the vacuum on, it makes a horrible noise like I'm sucking up rocks. What have I done wrong in putting it back together? It seemed simple...
