I have a Bissell 1623-1 Steam Cleaner. It will work good for about 2 minutes and then after that it will not dispense cleaning solution on floor or through the hand held wand.I have replaced both drive belts with no improvement. Hi I have an Electrolux Envirosteamer and it has stopped steaming. I have made sure the water cap is on tight and also taken the head apart (where the hose finishes up and the attachments fit on) and the hose is intact there.
