Motor/Fan does not run. I have removed and taken the top of the canister plastic motor housing apart and tested for power. I have power through the cord to the switch and power from the switch to the two wire terminals. I have not removed the motor. Looks like I will need special tools to take out the motor. The Vac looks almost new. It has been setting for several years. What do you think?

This thing is so dirty and clogged because my sister has pets. So far I've gotten it all taken apart to clean it. I'm not a newbie and taking apart and fixing things. I have fixed things like microwaves, washers, dryers, dishwashers (still learning about TV's-very hard, hehe). Anyway, I got what I believe to be the motor cover off.
