I just got this euro pro shark steam mop. I dont have a manual for it so i dont know much about it. I put water in it and it heats up but when you start to use it. It makes a gurgling kind of sound and steam comes out, but not very much i dont think and on the floor you can't hardly tell where you went over the floor at cuz it's not very wet at all. So is it suppose to make a gurgling sound and should'nt the floor be alittle wetter?

While using, steam stopped coming out in force at the port levels in the head. Suddenly started high pitch whining, pressed button just above connection site and end flew off with great force pouring water onto floor and carpet. Unplugged immediately for safety and unable to get it to deliver steam force again. Less than one year old and used only 8-10 times only in walk areas where there is no carpet with distilled water. Please, advise, cannot find booklet. Thanks So Much, Beverly Crumme

I have a new Hoover Dual V steam vac that I bought from a neighbor who only used it once. I have only used it once since then and it worked great. This time, because I am pregnant, I bought some non-toxic cleaner that was much thicker than the very watery Hoover soap. This vac has a wash option and a rinse option. The rinse option works (sprays and sucks properly), but the wash cycle doesn't at all-neither soap nor water comes out. Nothing comes out, but it still sucks. I took everything o

Need instructions how to use Hoover Steam Vac Spin Scrub. I borrowed it from my Sister and she left it with no instruction book or letting me know how to operate it. I put water & cleaner in top tank. That's all I know to do. Do I put any water in bottom tank? I figured not, since that is probably where the water goes when sucked up by vac. Do I leave lid on bottom tank? I usually use a commercial cleaner, and this is very different. I need to know NOW, as I must return it to her today, and I'm

I have a Bissell Steam Cleaner that is not sucking up the water when cleaning. I used a full container of water and when it was empty I emptied out the water, only to find very little dirty water in it. Poor cleaning I recently bought the Shark Steam Mop as I read mainly fantastic reviews. I was disappointed to find that it leaves a slight film on my dark hardwood floors when finished. I can wipe the film away with my finger and you can see foot prints if walked over. I also found that there are cloth streaks on my ceramic floors after drying as well. I followed all instructions, vacuumed beforehand, used distilled water even though my water is not considered hard, cleaned slowly, etc. I am wo
