Windsor Sensor 12 Vacuum No Power

\015 I know I have power down to the last quick disconnect in the housing base. I take off the cover today and I have circuit boards, capacitors, ect., ect. I have a digital meter. Is there anything I can check and how to check? As in circuit board, burnt motor, ect. Thanks in advance for any and all help.\015

I'm an engineer for Hyatt hotels and I've worked with the S12 vacuums for a few years now. The most common problem electrically lies in the main switch and the power cord. Almost at no time in the past three years and working for 4 hotels have I had to replace any motor or board component for them. Take out the handle from the bag housing and use your volt meter/circuit tester to test the main switch, if that and your power cord are good, then you might have a bad fuse, which is located on the brush side of the main chip board. I have a Windsor Sensor s12 and power shuts off after 5 min. of vacuuming. I'm wondering if it's overheating of if there is some other sensor that causes it to shut off.

Your Sensor most likely has an internal heat sensor that is shutting off the motor. Some vacuums install an external heat sensor with a reset button that you must push to re-start the vacuum. If your model does not have an external reset button it is ... Windsor SR12 Sensor Bagged Upright Vacuum

My Discovery 4210 Roomba will run normally for about 20 minutes on a smooth, wooden floor. It then begins the following sequence: run forward a few inches, turn in a tight counter-clockwise circle a few revolutions, stop, power off a few seconds, power up, repeat cycle from forward run. The sequence can be repeated seemingly endlessly if I don't turn off the power manually. I've replaced the motor, and led revolution sensor system on the left drive wheel. I've blown the dust out of everywhere. A
