We are VERY disappointed in our Steam mop. After only using twice in one year and following all the instructions, went to use it yesterday, Oct. 7th and could not get any steam out? It started up and it felt like it was heated, but no steam therefore could not clean our floors?

I have a Euro-Pro Shark Steam Pocket Mop. I used it twice last year, and then it stopped producing steam. Is there any way that I could easily fix this without dangerous chemicals? Everytime I call the company, I can't get anyone. The unit heats up, but doesn't produce steam. I've tried white vinegar to no avail. I am afried of using clr after reading that the unit blew up on somoone. I am visually impaired.

No steam I am using this product for the first time. I've followed the manual down to the letter, but is doesn't produce or releases any steam. The heating element does operate and the warninglight does turn off but yet there is no steam to be found, even though I'm pressing the lever on the pistolgrip. What can be the problem, and how do I solve it? Thanks in advance. Mrs. Brouwers

It makes a gurgling kind of sound and steam comes out, but not very much i dont think and on the floor you can't hardly tell where you went over the floor at cuz it's not very wet at all. So is it suppose to make a gurgling sound and should'nt the floor be alittle wetter?
