Having problems with your Beam Industries 750 Classic Bagless Central System Cyclonic Vacuum ?

I have a Beam Rugmaster Plus power head Model BM1 393 Type AB and the connection were the metal pipe meets the plastic swivel broke close to the unit. It appears like a manufacture defect in that is broke in two small places and not the entire unit. Can this piece be replaced or glued??

Answers :

This is most likely repairable. Lots of the Beam parts are available. I would recommend checking out any local vacuum shop or searching online for a central vacuum store that sells beam products.
Definitely all parts are available from the beam dealer

The hose does not stay connected to the wand although the collar appears to be locked in place for a while. Is there a replacement part for this? Also the holder where the wand goes in has split horizontally. This appears to be one piece with the body of the unit. Is it repairable? It still holds the wand but continues to get worse.

Kenmoore Intellivac w direct drive suddenly started making internal sound like something was stuck. Hose is clear, and sound is made when hose is detached from main unit. Vacuum sounds find at lower pressure, only makes sound with bag door closed and/or placing my hand over the end of hose.

Shut off the vac and open container and remove the bag. Try dropping a coin into the hose, then raise up to see if it falls thru to the bag area. If it does check the throat of the vac where the dirt is sucked upward to dump into the bag itself. ... Kenmore 35912 / 35913 Progressive Upright Vacuum

I bought Roomba 560 and love it. It didn?t come with a lighthouse so I bought one on Ebay. When I put the batteries in it the green light on top flashes 5 or 6 time very quick and then stops, it doesn?t flash after that. When placed in front of the Roomba in either mode, virtual wall or lighthouse it doesn?t direct the Roomba. The question is, is there a process to marry the two units together or do you think the lighthouse is defective? Thank you Gary

My Triton T80 SI shower is leaking from where the outlet pipe assy joins to the heater can assembly. when I checked where the two join together I see that there is a rubber O ring fitting into a recess in the heater can assy. The screws which hold the two parts together does not force a compression between the two parts causing it to leak. Is there another modified unit or am I stuck with what Ive got and should I replace the O ring or the shower.

I have a Filter Queen Majestic canister vacuum cleaner. At the end of the wand, a button to release the attachement not only broke, but also one eyehole on the wand where one nipple on the button falls into. I have had my Bissell Healthy Home for just over a year. I use it once or twice a week on five area rugs and two small bedrooms with wall to wall carpet. Just recently, the motor started to sound extremely loud and it smells like it's burning. The vacuum still picks up everything and all the brushes are turning. Advice? I really like this vacuum and would really like to fix it rather than replace it!

The power nozzle on my c141b model aerus electrolux canister vaccum no longer turns on. It was working when a large stringy object was sucked in. When hitting the red reset button, nothing happens. Is it likely that it is the fuse that needs to be replaced? All wires appear intact (I replaced the elbow assembly a few months ago.), and the sweeper moves freely.

I cannot charge my two year old electrolux pronto. I purchased a brand new hand held vacuum for it, but even the new one does not charge. When I plug in the cord nothing happens. If I turn on either the long handle or the portable unit within the long unit, the blue charging light comes on for a few seconds, then out. This tells me that the circuit is intact without a broken wire somewhere. I took it all apart carefully and could see nothing broken or out of place. On re-constructing it, it
