My Bissell 9200 is not sucking the water into the dirty water resevoir. 1. The gasket on the clear-view seems fine. 2. The suction power just doesn't seem powerful enough (feeling with my hand). 3. The brushes turn fine and belt is fine (not sure if that even matters for this issue). Any help appreciated. Thanks, - Matt

I noticed the window, as i used it, seemed like it wasnt sucking up the water. I took the plastic cover off to clean it (it didnt look very dirty in the first place), an i noticed that the grey plastic flap was on but not moving up or down. I thought there may be dirt in it that prevented it from

Dear Sir: I just purchased a Bissell Rug Shampooer at a garage sale. The only thing I find for a model is on the back and it says Model 1695 there. Nothing on front. It is Navy blue and has a grey tank on it with a smaller one inserted at bottom of the large tank. It has two switches on the back of it and the trigger switch at the handle. The cleaner works, BUT, it does not extract any water back into the tank that is to pick up the dirty water. Could you suggest what I may look at t
