The heater may be plugged, Take out the 2 long screws and remove handle, there are 2 screws near the bottom just under the cord wrap, then the front of the handle asm. will come off. The heater is there, put off the hoses(don't mix up) and check the opening going into the heater. One or both is clogged up not allowing water to flow thru. Put it all back together and it should work, Running a mix of water and vinegar will rinse out the lines before putting the machine up after using it.
Where is the heater???? i took it all a part and can't find a heater!!!!! i found the motor....
