Having problems with your Bissell 3594 CleanView PowerTrak Bagless Upright Vacuum ?

Vacuum doesn't suck (boy, what a problem :D!)

\015 Seriously, it survived the move across country with some pretty rough-handed movers. The belt is in place, brush moves around but it just won't pick up anything - carpet or bare floor. Suggestions anyone?\015

First, check the suction at the end of the hose and make sure there is good pull. On some models, there is a filter tray located under the dirt cup with a washable foam filter in it that could be plugged. It is also possible that the tray could have fallen out during your move. If it is missing, the motor will run, but won't direct the suction to the cup and you won't get any suction from the hose. Note.. not all models have this tray. If the tray is missing, you shouldn't get any suction from the hose.

Hi I’ve got a Panasonic vacuum cleaner MC E468 1600W a few years old now but works well up to recent problem. Not picking up I checked the obvious things and found excessive air being sucked in around the hose housing at the back of the vacuum (as it enters the waste bag) On inspection it appears to me as if there should be some sort of gasket that may have perished and been sucked in, however I can’t identify any such part. Any thoughts on what the problem/solution may be will be appreciate

The hose on the back might be loose - check to see that the hose is not obstructing anything where it screws in at the back - or indeed the screws may be loose themselves; some of the MCE 468 models had an additional ring washer that sits between the ... Panasonic Vacuums

If not, how do I fix the problem and how do I keep it from recurring? Model # S3765-040. Serial # 100700081298. Purchased 2/08.

On the back of my lg kompressor vacuum below the retractable cord is a suction plug that keeps sucking in when the vacuum is turned on it is supposed to stay out the increase suction. what is the solution for this problem.

Remove the hose fitting on the lower back of the vacuum and you will probably find a large amount of debris lodged in the hose. That hose leads to an opening right behind the main roller brush. The roller turns strong and the belt is new,but the dirt accu-mulates and doesnt get sucked up! there no observable clogs and the filter side vent blows strong.......ive removed beater, belt and am assuming there may be a problem inside the motor housing as all else appears normal..i was an aviation mech in the military and the above is my assessment........

Are you sure you have the belt on correctly?\015\012If it is not, the beater brush will push the dirt, etc, in front of itself and not back to the suction port. ... Hoover Tempo Widepath Upright Vacuum - Blue
