I have a bissell healthy home vacuum and the roller bar on the base of it is not working. I have checked it for obstructions and it is clear. I have also tried reseating the canister and just about everything I can think of. It's almost like the switch that deterrmines whether or not the vacuum is in the upright position is broken and always says it is upright... any way to fix that? Thanks, Scott Hammersley
