\015 My Bissell dispenses the water and cleaner onto the rug but no longer sucks the dirty water back in. What can I do? Charlotte \015\012\015\012Make: Bissell Pro/Heat Maybe 3 years old.\015

Answers :

Check for clogs in hoses and head.mine gets clogged up all the time.
Can you see the front of your bissel? Does it show the water getting sucked up or stuck? My bissel had a crack on the front and I'm getting a replacement hopefully this fixes the suction problem.\015\012
\015\012You can also check the other parts related to the suction such as the rubber seal further down the path. If it's become hard and stiff consider replacing it with a new one. \015\012

It is Navy blue and has a grey tank on it with a smaller one inserted at bottom of the large tank. It has two switches on the back of it and the trigger switch at the handle. The cleaner works, BUT, it does not extract any water back into the tank that is to pick up the dirty water. Could you suggest what I may look at t
