No sign of water movement from cleaning heads

Answers :

My Bissell ProHeat is not dispensing water thru the floor cleaning position. I get water flow thru the tool application. Any ideas???
I have a Proheat 2X and had the same problem. I tried the Water Rinse setting and found water came out and was suctioned properly, but on the Light Clean, Normal Clean, and Heavy Traffic settings, the unit failed to do anything. Problem may be with leaving the soap dispenser in-place, which might scum up the tubing.

SO, an alternative to throwing out my unit and buying something else was to put one capful of the Bissell soap in the water resevoir and keep the unit on Water Rinse. IT WORKS BEAUTIFULLY NOW. Don't know if this will help, but at least I didn't have to buy a new unit. Rinse everything after using and there's been no problem.

My steam pocket mop seems clogged. Steam does not come out of the mop head. The clog appears to be in the rectangular mop head. The triangular head still works fine. I've tried soaking it in hot water and soaking it with cleaning solutions. They have not worked. If I blow into the connection piece, no air goes through. That's what leads me to believe there is a clog. If you can help, please do. I like the product and haven't been able to use it for awhile because of this. Thanks.

I have a Sunbeam Model Number 4065-000 and there is white particles comming out of the holes in the bottom. I think it is because we used tap water and there is a lot of deposits in the water. I read on the box that it was ok to use tap water and not distilled water. Is ther any way to clean the inside out to get the deposits cleaned out without affecting the possibility of doing something to the cloths that I will iron after cleaning the iron?

If the deposits are recent and still fairly soft, running a tank of vinegar through the machine should remove the deposits (obviously not using on any clothes, hold it over a sink). if the deposits are more stubborn, you can use a cleaning agent like ... Sunbeam Vacuums

I have the Hoover max Extract 77 and when I'm cleaning the carpet, the clean water tank leaks on the floor, even if I'm not squeezing the trigger. My HAAN Garment steamer was only intermittently releasing steam. I cleaned it out since there was some mineral deposits in there. After cleaning it out, I let it run for a while with distilled water and the same thing was happening. So, I called HAAN and they told me to troubleshoot. This entailed taking all the water out of the system and "shaking it out." Then to put new water in and turn it on. I was to do this three times and call them if it didn't work. My Bissell Quicksteamer Model 1960-R won't spray cleaning solution. I have cleaned it and taken apart the whole thing. I can't find any problems. The holes are not cloged where the water comes out as I disconnected it and blew through it to be sure. The lines show water trying to go through.
