I have a Hoover SteamVac F5914-900 SpinScrub... The last time I used the hand tool attachment, it worked fine. Just tried to use it again, and now I only drips of water will come out of the hand sprayer, if that. I have tried prepping it for up to 15 seconds like the manual says... no luck with that. Also it is making a big puddle on the floor, probably because the brushes on the main unit keep spinning when I am trying to use the hand tool which I dont think they are supposed to do? Can a

I have the Bissell Proheat (7901) It will pick up water and the hand tool works fine. I noticed that the red indicator stopped spinning. Then I noticed no water was coming out. If I put down water using the hand tool, the vacunme will pick it up. When I called Bissell they had me do something with the indicator. When it didn't work they said take it in for repair.
