I am trying to change an old fashioned fuse, (house lights), luckily had a spare one. Have put the 15amp fuse wire through the whole thing, and trying to describe if I've got it right is alitle awkward, this is what i've done, cut a piece of 15amp wire a little longer than the old one, then loking at it, taken it straight through and round to left as I'm looking at it, and put the screw in, and obviously done the same for other side. My problem is that I don't remember taking the screws out of w

The brush wouldn't work when the selector switch was in carpet mode. Took the power head apart and removed the motor. Everything o.k. in the power head. Checked and found that the neutural wire had pulled out of the connector, the connector was never crimped at the factory. What a day! Took 2 hours and a large pizza to get it done. Neutral wire was in the hose just below the handle. Reconnected the wire and crimped it, put everything back together. It works!!!!

My Triton T80 SI shower is leaking from where the outlet pipe assy joins to the heater can assembly. when I checked where the two join together I see that there is a rubber O ring fitting into a recess in the heater can assy. The screws which hold the two parts together does not force a compression between the two parts causing it to leak. Is there another modified unit or am I stuck with what Ive got and should I replace the O ring or the shower.

I have a Eureka Central Vac CV1601b. The motor does not stop unless the Unit is unplug from the electrical outlet. Any Idea?.I removed the control unit to check if there was disconnected wires or burnt wires. Everything look normal. The circuit board does not show area that overheated. There seem to be 2 relays. Likely one of the two went bad. What do you think.

I have an older Oreck XL vacuum that sounds like it is running twice as fast as it should. I disassembled the entire vacuum, including disconnecting the motor wires, to clean out the hair, string, and other things. My electrolux ambassador power wand quit working. I replaced the switch that shuts it off when the roller stops, but it wasn't the problem. The on/off switch is fine, the motor is fine. We have traced the problem to the wires inside the canister by opening the inside cover to the bag container. We see the power cords going into the canister but we're not able to get to anything. We can't find any screws to undo that would open it up in order to follow the wires deep into the canister. We've bypa

Our plug got pulled out (by driving away while the canister was still plugged-in after a vacuuming the car). How can we open up the unit to reattach the wires? We accessed two sets of screws (2pairs) toward the bag-end (not the motor-end) of the canister, but we can't locate any access for the two other apparent screws inside the body.

Remove all visible screws. Top and bottom, then once they are all removed, take a flat-head screwdriver and slowly pry around the canister until it comes completely loose and can be removed. Then you should have access to the wires which can then be ... Electrolux EL7020A Oxygen 3 Ultra Canister Vacuum Cleaner Bagged Vacuum
