My Bissell ProHeat 2x is pouring water out of the bottom anytime it's turned on. I had it in the shop for no water, took it back again for the same problem, took it back again because it had no suction, finally took it apart and found the problem with the suction and fixed it myself. Worked fine for a day and now it is constantly leaking water, if it's turned on, and is useless for anything except for making a mess.

Took the unit apart and discovered my heater had small pinholes in the metal and they had put in silicone, instead of a gasket, which didn't seal. I have the Hoover max Extract 77 and when I'm cleaning the carpet, the clean water tank leaks on the floor, even if I'm not squeezing the trigger. The clean tank doesn't leak when I fill it, but once I place it where it fits and start using the vacuum, the clean water drains out on the floor. The dirty tank fills up, so the suction works, but, I don't know what is going on?

I put plain water in the solution tank to test without ay success. It is like it loses it's prime whenever you try to use a solution mix. Once you set it back to water rinse only and go through the priming steps, it is OK. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
