Having problems with your Dyson Ball DC24 Bagless Upright Vacuum ?

Loss of suction in hose

\015 Upright hoover is fine but hose is not sucking properly.I've checked the hose and the clog port which are both clear. It almost feels as thogh when we"ve put the parts back together they haven"t sealed properly. The hoover is 6 years old and used a lot so maybe it's just needs replacing. Any ideas? \015

It may be worth following the blockage procedure outlined in your user guide or on our website at www.dyson.com and look at our support section.

If this doesnt resolve the issue, its likely that your DC24 is still covered by the 5 year Dyson guarantee as we only started manufacturing the DC24 about 2 years ago.
