Having problems with your Dyson DC07 Animal Bagless Upright Cyclonic Vacuum ?

I vacumned up water

\015 I was vacumning up a pile a dirt and accidentally vacumned up about 1/4 - 1/2 a cup of water. Ever since then it does not **** very well. At first it sounded like it was making the motor work pretty hard. How do I fix it?\015

Answers :

Your vacuum will have to be completely disassembled. there is probably a clog that created in the cyclone due to the water mixing with the dirt in there. the cyclone assy will have to be disassembled and cleaned. unfortunately disassembling the cyclone voids dysons warranty i think.

It starting to put out a hot type smell. I have tried cleaning the filters real well and even tried to see if there was problem with the ozone filter. We have checked and could not find a jam. I know the hose has excellent suction. The vacumn works but the intelliclean sensors will not. It only takes about 15 seconds or so for the odor to start. Then it gets real strong and it makes my eyes water

I have a Bissell Pro 2x carpet cleaner. The water heats properly as well as spraying the cleaning product. However, when I go to suction the water from the carpets, the 2 in 1 water tank bladder works properly but there is no dirty water outside the bladder. So I have done 1 room and all the dirt remains in the carpet

The Hoover Steamvac Widepath will NOT pick up water. The dispenser with cleaner DOES have water. The TANK that would receive the dirty water is NOT full. All tanks are on properly and the machine will still not pick up the used water. I found a tear in the interior hose leading to the receiving tank and repaired throughly with electrical tape. Still will not pick up the water. Any suggestions?

My Bissell Pro Heat Select 2X does not pull up the dirt from the carpet into the water. The water just slowly disappears. The first time I used it the water got really dirty. The very next time I used it it worked differently and the water just disappeared until it was all gone. I've only used it a couple times and I don't see where it is working. Bissell will spray water when set to water rinse, but as soon as it is set to light, normal, or heavy cleaning, there is no spray. I have tried priming but to no avail. I put plain water in the solution tank to test without ay success. It is like it loses it's prime whenever you try to use a solution mix. Once you set it back to water rinse only and go through the priming steps, it is OK. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have a Sunbeam Model Number 4065-000 and there is white particles comming out of the holes in the bottom. I think it is because we used tap water and there is a lot of deposits in the water. Is ther any way to clean the inside out to get the deposits cleaned out without affecting the possibility of doing something to the cloths that I will iron after cleaning the iron?
