My Dyson DC25 got stuck and wouldn't return to the upright position, I figured out that one side had jumped the track and gotten stuck in the square hole below the track. I did not want to break the plastic to force it back, so I removed the screw on the right side that was holding the kick stand on and removed the kick stand, also a spring thing came out. Problem is, now I have no idea how to re-install the kickstand. Can't find a technical manual or video anywhere, it can't be very difficul

Currently my dyson does not work when in the upright position. When I pull the handle back, it will run, but the suction is not very good at all. I tried washing the filter, but that didn't work. The kick stand that lowers the vacuum when in use got in a position where the red foot pedal would not come back up to bring the wheels down and the vacuum rest in the upright position. We took it apart and corrected the position, but the side with the small circular spring came out and we are not sure how to attach it back, exactly where it hooks onto.
