Having problems with your Dyson DC07i Bagless Upright Vacuum ?

I have a Dyson DC07i which I can only switch on and off at the mains, not on the vacuum. Could you please advise

Answers :

Most likely the ratchet mechanism on the switch is faulty.

Switches are available if you search oneBayfor a few pounds, and if you've reasonable DIY skills and tools, it's fairly easy to do.

Have a look athttp://www.dysonmedic.com/DC07%20Folder/DC07%20Motor%20change.htmlwhich has some great info on your machine.
