I purchased a brand new P113 Ryobi charger about 2 years ago. It has never worked. If I put a P104 battery in for a charge, it looks like it works correctly. I push the battery tester on the battery itself, and it says full charge, but when I go to use the bateery, it dies right away. I have tried three new P104 batteries. After charging overnight, Roomba only runs about 25 minutes before shutting down with a red light. At this point the battery measures 15.13 volts ( about 1.26 volts per cell ) My hobby experience is that a ni/cad or ni/mh battery nominal charged voltage is about 1.2 volts per cell, and that the recommended end point voltage should be about 1.0 volts per cell. Seems like the battery is ok, butsome kind of voltage regulator is shutting things down prematurely. Is this happening, and , if so, how ca
