Hi, my Dyson DC16 works fine but after removing from charge base following recharge the red and green lights remain lit and the unit will not operate until i remove the battery and reconnect to vacuum,this extinguishes the lights and now can use with no problem.I guess that the charge control within the vacuum is not recognising that the unit has been removed from charge,is there a solution?
