Having problems with your Euro-Pro S3325 Handheld Steam Vacuum ?

Shark ultra steam blaster s3325

\015 I think my steamer quit working. I was in the middle of cleaning, when it stopped steaming. The light was orange which means it's ready but no steam came out when I pressed the steam switch on handle. When I pressed switch on handle it makes a clicking noise but no steam. So I read the the manual and thought maybe it was clogged & was time to descale it. I soaked with the recommended descaling solution of vinegar and water for over 24 hours. When I rinsed and refilled & turned on to warm up the red light did not come on first, just the orange light which means its ready but I knew that was impossible because I just plugged it in.I'm afraid its broken and I'm bummed because I loved this machine:0( Any suggestions??\015
