Poor cleaning I recently bought the Shark Steam Mop as I read mainly fantastic reviews. I was disappointed to find that it leaves a slight film on my dark hardwood floors when finished. I can wipe the film away with my finger and you can see foot prints if walked over. I also found that there are cloth streaks on my ceramic floors after drying as well. I followed all instructions, vacuumed beforehand, used distilled water even though my water is not considered hard, cleaned slowly, etc. I am wo

I have a Polti Vaporetto Lecoaspira 710. I have filled the tank and set the machine up as usual. When I turn it on the boiler pump runs continuously for a minute or so and then the 'beep' begins and the machine shows that the boiler is empty. Obviously the water is not getting through. We don't live in a hard water area so it shouldn't be 'limed -up'. The manual says to leave it to cool down and then try again. That had no effect. The only answer that Polti 'Service' could give me was to try 'G

After vacuuming the carpet about 10 or 12 times, the tracks are still embedded in the carpet - HELP!!!! We're read and reread the manual and contacted customer service and received no help.

We have a series 90S, 2.5 gallon Shop Vac. We used it for the first time to try and **** up water in the basement. Each time we turned it on, it would shut down after collecting less than 1" of water. Vinegar Hello! I really love my new Shark Steam Mop. It is useful for cleaning my Pergo floors without streaking. Can I add some white vinegar to the water or will that damage the mechanism or clog something? I am using distilled water, by the way. Thanks- Denise
