Replace belt on fantom cyclone vacuum? the manual does not decribe replacing the roller belt - i can't get it open to expose the belt

Answers :

On my 10-year-old model, the two screws securing the cover are under the two llight bulbs. Pry off the clear plastic covers, take out the bulbs and screws, and the cover lifts off.
There are 2 black screws on the back side of the top hood housing to take out with a phillips screw driver. Then the hood tips forward and comes off. That will get you into the roller brush to replace the belt.
