Upholstery hose not spraying any water/cleaner

\015 My hoover steam cleaner spot is taking the detergent from the one tank and just putting it in the other tank. it bypasses the upholstery hose. no water will come out at all. the brushes turn on the hose but nothing comes out. i pressed and held the button down and still nothing. what's going wrong?\015

I have a bissell proheatX2. it has quit spraying to the floor and out of upholstery hose. I contacted bissell who won't do anything, they refered me to a repair shop which told me i need to take the heater out of handle and unclog it. How do i do this, is there a disassembly proceedure?

I have used my Steam Vac for carpeting, but until today, had never tried cleaning upholstery with the spin-scrub brush. My bissell proheat upright steam cleaner is spraying out through the attachments just fine, but will not spray to the floor when using upright. we've taken it apart to find that there is no water at all going through one of the hoses, but it appears the hose is connected behind the on/off and heat switches, we can't seem to figure out how to get in there to replace that hose....any suggestions on how to access this?? just curious how you would get in to replace the hose, we know it is the hose..
