Remove the duct (#3)in front of the water tank. Your hose on one end will have a duct on it, insert it in the place of the duct that you took out. Don't forget to put that duct in when you are done with the hose.

Have a spin scrub a couple of years old. Have used it maybe 5-6 times and the green brushes only spin if you take the tanks off and set the machine upside down and push the brushes toward the machine... the second you stand the machine up they quit spinning.
