I have a new STEAM VAC Dual V All Terrain Carpet and Hardwood Cleaner. I have used it once and it worked well. Now, the second time, I have no water return. I checked the tank location, the brushes are moving slowly (but the plastic surrounding around the brushes moves as well ??) Water is coming out. I have a Bissel proheat 7901 carpet cleaner and it is not sucking the water up. Normally when I clean the water gets sucked back up and I have to empty the dirty tank. Now no water is in the tank when I am done cleaning. Please help I cannot afford to take it to the shop.
