Suction Problem I just borrowed the Hoover Steam Vac Deluxe w/ 5 brush agitator from my neighbor and it worked ok for the first few minutes, although the suction would stop and go. Do I leave lid on bottom tank? I usually use a commercial cleaner, and this is very different. I need to know NOW, as I must return it to her today, and I'm

It makes a noise when it is trying to get the steam to the iron and it works then but afterwards when the noise stops it stops steaming and I find a puddle of water underneath the regenerator. Also a little steam comes out of the water tank at the top. I understand this is happening because of scale in the base unit. Can I get something to get rid of the scale? -
