Having problems with your Hoover Floormate H3000 Upright Wet/Dry Vacuum ?

The liquid in the top tank will not come out is there anything I can do to fix that thank you

Answers :

Roll a small piece of aluminum foil into a tiny ball. Put it on top of the center part of the rubber "well" where the tank valve sits. Voila! Adding a little bit of height to this part of unit makes it work again.
This is a common problem with this unit. For unknown reasons the tank stops dispensing water. A new upper tank is usually required.

Taping usually just causes a mess. The mini-emptor has coarse threads on it that the fill tube screws on to. Occasionally there is a cable tie on the bottom which is not really necessary. If you cut the tube near the bottom, you can get hold of it's ... Kirby Heritage II Vacuum

Hello, we have a Miele cat and dog turbo 5000 vacuum cleaner which we bought in December. It has just started blowing air out of the grid on the top of the cleaner instead of sucking from the tube. The whole top section which is opened to change the bags doesn't seem to want to clip down properly either. Do you have any ideas> I'm gutted as it was so good until this happened. Thanks Michelle.

The lid not closing properly is almost certainly the cause of your problem. Without that lid sealed tight to the body you will get no suction through the hose. So, the question is: why isn't the lid clipping down properly? Did you just change the bag ... Vacuums
