I have to stop the cleaner and lift up the dirty water container to break the suction. Ive tried cleaning the netting that is encased around it, but still no luck. Any help would be appreciated! Can't find info for hoover steam vac spin scrub model # F5905900 on Hoover website, doesn't show that model number at all...looking for mesh (kind of cone/cylinder shape) that goes in dirty water tank (I think) and also the tool (wand) that slides into front to clean it out.
