If you can see the cleaning fluid at the nozzel yet the it does not spray than the nozzles are clogged with dried soap. You can soak the the sprayer in a small bucket over night with a cleaning solution like CLR also used to break up hard water stains, dried soap & cloged shower heads. http://www.drugstore.com/qxp81915_333181_sespider/clr/cal__rust__lime_remover.htm

My Bissell Pro Heat Select 2X does not pull up the dirt from the carpet into the water. The water just slowly disappears. The first time I used it the water got really dirty. The very next time I used it it worked differently and the water just disappeared until it was all gone. I've only used it a couple times and I don't see where it is working. Has anyone else had this problem?

I have a Bissell Steam Cleaner that is not sucking up the water when cleaning. I used a full container of water and when it was empty I emptied out the water, only to find very little dirty water in it. I noticed the window, as i used it, seemed like it wasnt sucking up the water. I took the plastic cover off to clean it (it didnt look very dirty in the first place), an i noticed that the grey plastic flap was on but not moving up or down. I got my bissell for $7.50 from a thrift store, if you can believe THAT. Used it for the first time today after reading the manual online first. After filling the clean water bladder full of hot water and setting everything up the way I wanted, proceeded to turn things on and go for it. Well, the water/solution just kept coming and coming, without my finger on the trigger. Obviously something is jammed in the open position but where? The trigger moves freely.

Bissell will spray water when set to water rinse, but as soon as it is set to light, normal, or heavy cleaning, there is no spray. I have tried priming but to no avail. I put plain water in the solution tank to test without ay success. It is like it loses it's prime whenever you try to use a solution mix. Once you set it back to water rinse only and go through the priming steps, it is OK. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

For the first time, I tried using my Kirby Sentria shampoo attachment. I've lost the manual but found instructions online for making the swap from regular vac to shampoo-er and got it all assembled. The foam laid down just fine, however, when I run the vac back over the foam to pick it up, there is not a stitch of water showing up in the tray. First I thought maybe it was bc I hadn't put that much of the foam/water onto the carpet, but 12 hours later, the carpet is still wet in spots. Clearly

My irobot scooba does not spray cleaning solution out after about the first 30 seconds it is running. I have tried all the suggestions in this post with the suction bulb to charge with air, and then with water to clean it out. water does come out of both valves when forced with the bulb or immediately after using the bulb to charge it. then after it runs for about 30 seconds the floor is dry.

We have a series 90S, 2.5 gallon Shop Vac. We used it for the first time to try and **** up water in the basement. Each time we turned it on, it would shut down after collecting less than 1" of water. We had to remove and squeeze out the foam sleeve each time, before it would work again (nowhere near 2.5 gallons!). Any ideas? Is the plastic sleeve that can move up and down inside, the float (poorest manual I've ever seen!)? Should there be a ball float that we're missing? Thanks for any s
