I want to open a Hoover S3825 Elite Cyclonic Vacuum to see if I can repair or replace the cord reel assembly. Currently the reel slowly draws the cord back into the canister once it is pulled out. I found the mounting screws under the rear wheels once I removed the hub but I do not know how to remove the rear wheels, everything is plastic. One side goes to the pump discharge, one side goes to a tubing going to the right rear wheel (facing the unit from the front) I don't know where the third side goes to.
