I have a DC07 and the brush wasn't rotating and I had no suction at the brush but perfect suction through the hose. I noticed a large build up of dog hair around the brush so I took off the cover plate and removed all the hair, cleaned inside the floor/brush housing and cleaned out the hose. I also cleaned the filter and removed the other air access cover and made sure that they were clear. I put everything back and the brush still doesn't turn and there is still no suction through the bottom

Our Bissell Cleanview II 3576M does a great job except that the filter cup below the dirt cup gets full very fast and the dirt cup barely has anything in it. To clean the whole house, I have to empty the dirt cup and clean the filter several times. It didn't use to work this way. It seems like something is missing, a gasket or seal maybe? I don't think dirt, hair and debris should be going straight to the lower cup and bypassing the upper. I looked at the user guide but can't see why it's happen

U-Shaped piece I was in the hospital for a couple of nights and my 80 year old mother decided to go to my house and vacuum my house. Vorwerk ET 340 - been great but now noticing strong burning smell after vacuuming some hair from the bathroom. Bag is nearly empty. Gave it a rest then unscrewed the cover housing the motor and all looks clean (dust is sucked up the pipe and doesn't appear to get near the motor). When I restarted it, burning smell still there. Are there any filters that might need changing? What could be causing the smell? Could the hair have gotten caught somewhere? Thanks.

Last night as I was vacuuming, I noticed that the belt stop indicator light was on. I pulled out the hair that had gotten tangled around the brush in hopes of solving the problem. It didn't change things. I then unscrewed the entire bottom piece to take out the brush roller. I removed hair from the end piece of the brush roller and reattached the belt; however, I cannot figure out where the microchip is supposed to go so that I can reassemble the base piece by screwing it back together. It seems

** suction The best way to describe it is that when I was vacuuming I could see dust clouds at the front of the vacuum where the light is swirling around in the air. It was like it was blowing dust around instead of picking it up. I checked the tubing and found that it was clogged with some paper and hair ***** etc.... So I cleaned it out and tried it again and it still was not picking up properly. I had my husband take all the tubing apart to check for other clogging and there was none. When I

Vaccuum issue I just bought a Eureka upright model 5892 BVZ, my concern is, I bought it on sale (floor model) and it didn't have a manual with it. I took it home and tried it, and although it appears to be working very well there is not dirt in the catch bin on the front of the unit. I tried the hose w/attachment and again it worked very well in picking up the cat hair, but where does the hair and the dirt go, I am afraid it is spitting it back out somewhere since I can not see anything in the c

I pulled the brush/spinner thing off one side, cleaned everything, popped it back in where it belonged, and tried to make sure the belt was in the proper alignment.
