Having problems with your iRobot Roomba 4210 Bagless Robotic Vacuum ?

IRobot Roomba Discovery not moving across room.

\015 Roomba starts by going in increasing circles then moves in a straight line until it hits the first obstacle. It doesn't "bump and go" as it should, but continues in circles lifting up and down, until turned off.\015\012\015\012I have cleaned the filter, brushes and wheel areas several times but no improvement.\015\012\015\012PLEASE HELP ME!!!\015\012\015\012Thank you \015\012Gail\015

I had the same kind of problem with my model 400 today...after starting it and having it go in a circle for 30 seconds or so it would finally run into something and then back up a few inches, turn, then go forward a few inches, then back up a few inches, turn, then go forward a few inches, etc., etc.. I tried cleaning off the four pairs of sensors under the bumper and blowing out various things underneath (by mouth since I didn't have any canned compressed air). It didn't really help. It then occurred to me that I had a leaf blower! I put the Roomba upside down on the grass, put the leaf blower on high, and blew at it from all directions and up close. More dust came out than I thought would. It has been running normally now for the last 45 minutes.

Roomba Discovery My Roomba turns on and moves but the brushes won't turn. Someone told me that I had forgotten to put in the yellow and black end bearings, but I did. Help, I miss my Roomba I have a Roomba 530, I have had it for 2 weeks and really loved it. I have followed all the cleaning instructions etc.. Roomba Discovery Roomba is fully charged and cleaned with sensor wiped clean. When turned on it it sounds normal and commences to go, but it then acts like it is putting on the breaks, spins, tries to go and manages a short distance and breaks again, just not making any progress because it keeps breaking after a foot or so and turns and tries again. Sometimes is gets so stuck from moving forward at all, like it is stuck in one spot just trying to go while seemingly surrounded by barriers. Somet

My 400 series Discovery Roomba will no longer charge. It shows a green "charged" light, but when I hit clean, all lights/vacuum, etc just go out and it stops. Irobot says that the entire unit needs to be replaced, but it has to have something to do with the charging mechanism. Any Ideas? I've tried the system reset, and removing/replacing the battery. No effect. The robot doesn't give me the "uh-oh" beeps to be charged. It just stops and goes dead.
