My Discovery 4210 Roomba will run normally for about 20 minutes on a smooth, wooden floor. It then begins the following sequence: run forward a few inches, turn in a tight counter-clockwise circle a few revolutions, stop, power off a few seconds, power up, repeat cycle from forward run. The sequence can be repeated seemingly endlessly if I don't turn off the power manually. I've replaced the motor, and led revolution sensor system on the left drive wheel. I've blown the dust out of everywhere. A

IRobot rumba 4000 seems to run ok and then starts making a kinda hi pitched growling noise and slows way down. it is very clean(blown clean with air compressor)sensors are clear ,newly installed well lubricated on ends of brush and beater bar, new battery. it seems like the wheel tracks may be dragging . i have cleaned and lubricated where i could on them but can't find a way to totally remove and inspect wheel tracks.

It sounds like your Roomba's brush gears are not working. Run the robot without the dust bin to see if the brushes are turning. If they are not, the robot will need to be replaced. Contact iRobot CS for support at (877) 855-8593. ... iRobot Roomba 4000 Bagless Robotic Vacuum

My electrolux oxygen cannister has the "bag change" light on when there is a new bag. The light stays on when the suction power is high (to pick up small particles) and it won't pick up, but the ight goes off when the suction power is low (to pick up big objects). I changed the hepa filter, cleaned the motor filter and changed bags, but all that didn't help.

You may have a clog in the hose, and/or the inlet by the brush roll. A clog will turn on that light as well as a full bag. ... Vacuums

Vorwerk ET 340 - been great but now noticing strong burning smell after vacuuming some hair from the bathroom. Bag is nearly empty. Gave it a rest then unscrewed the cover housing the motor and all looks clean (dust is sucked up the pipe and doesn't appear to get near the motor). When I restarted it, burning smell still there. Are there any filters that might need changing? What could be causing the smell? Could the hair have gotten caught somewhere? Thanks.

I have a Kenmore 385.19110 model machine, and the straight and zig zag stitches work just fine, but when I follow the directions in the manual to do a satin stitch (which is use the lowest stitch length) it creates a line that isn't perfect, or uniform, and after an inch or two stops catching the bobbin underneath.
