Hi, have an irobot roomba 530 love it. But it charges ok, when finished the brushes are dirty, but does not appear to be picking up, actually vacuuming into its bin. Asked support in Australia, they recommended unscrewing bottom plate & cleaning of any fluff - which I have done. Still not working properly HELP

Roomba Discovery My Roomba Discovery seems to work fine, mechanically, but it no longer seems to collect any dust. (The collection bin remains empty after the Roomba has circulated around the floor for quite a while). The brush has been replaced and spins normally. Does anyone have an idea why this machine's vacuum function no longer seems to work? I would appreciate any feedback. Jeremy

Did you replace the filter? when you remove the dust bin there is a small filter that needs to be cleaned, or replaced. You can buy a maintenance kit that replaces the brushes and filters as well, its good to replace them all regularly ... Roomba Robotic Floor Bagless Vacuum

My roomba 560 works perfectly for a year. Now works ok, vacuum but the dust stays at the bruches and at the bin. i replace the filter but nothing. Thanks George

You need to decide if the vacuum and brushes are runing or not. For me its easy to determine after its run. If the brushed turn then I have debris in the open part of the collection bin when I pull it off the back, but none if the brushes don't turn. ... iRobot Roomba 560 Robotic Vacuum

My robot will not charge. Tried multiple resets and new battery from irobot.com (both suggested by Irobot customer service) but got nowhere. The vacuum did work for a short time (until the new partially charged battery ran out). If I bypass the internal charging circuits and charge directly from the charger (with jumpers) the robot seems to work fine. Unfortunatey, there is no mechanism to turn off the charge cycle, so this is not practical.
