IRobot Roomba 560 Thumping, Says Clean Brushes, No Dirt in Cup

\015 I have a iRobot Roomba 560 that makes a thumping noise while running. Stops every 10 minutes or so, flashes a red light and says to remove and clean brushes, though brushes are clean. Main cup seems to be empty after running, though there is dust/lint in the filter area. I can see larger debris on carpet and it doesn't pick it up.I have tried the following: Checked and cleaned the fan to make sure it was running. Removed and cleaned front swivel wheel. Removed both brushes and cleaned them. Removed round yellow pieces on brush ends and found no difference so I put them back on.\015
