Two questions please. Is it possible to change the Carbon Brushes and how do I get the cabinet apart which looks very difficult. I am well qualified electrically to do this job. Regards James Beech

HI, I have a Kenmore 25813 and it seems like there is an intermittent short. I don't have this problem if I remove the wand and just use the crevice tool with the hose. Any idea where the short might be and can I fix it myself? Thanks. Gary
